区分：internship多指公司提供的实习岗位

3. trial /'traɪəl/
n. (人员的)试用，试用期
搭配：on trial 处于试用阶段
trial period 试用期
e.g. New employees usually have a three-month trial period.
e.g. The 26-year-old fullback has been on trial at the club for ten days.
区分：probation
通常比trial period更长，而且往往是员工已正式入职后的考察期
e.g. New staff are on probation for six months.
e.g. If you pass your probation, you will get a permanent contract.

n. 入围名单;候选名单
搭配： on a/the shortlist for 在…的候选名单上
