中国社会科学院昨日发布2013年城市蓝皮书称，至2020年，中国城镇化率将达60%，到2020年前，需要城镇化的农业转移人口总量将达到3.0亿。

中国社会科学院星期二发布报告称，至2020年，中国的农村转移人口将达到3亿左右，城镇化率将达到60%。
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, China's urbanization rate is now 52.6 percent. The report said that is an overestimate and the actual rate is 42.2 percent.
国家统计局表示，中国当前的城镇化率为52.6%。但社科院的报告显示，这个数据估计过高，中国当前实际的城镇化率仅为42.2%。
The report estimated the average cost for each rural resident to move will be 131,000 yuan.
该报告还指出，中国农业转移的人均公共成本将达到13.1万元。
