Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
One can learn a lot about a person for the type of friends this person has.
There is a famous saying that birds of a feather flock together [一些背下来的套话用起来], which means people usually choose friends of same type as themselves. However, this is a stereotype indeed, I do not think from one’s pals the acknowledgement can be clear enough.
✔题的破题点之一在于找到对方论述的不足之处,加以反驳
The first reason is rather simple. Friendship is not always formed on the similarity. Some opponents who disagree with me may argue that people who have the same hobby or interest or are in the similar situation usually become friends. That is why the things can be acquired from their close relationship. 【先陈述对方观点的合理性】However, they ignore the most crucial fact that sometimesdisparity can promote an inclination of friends. For example, I am anextrovert and I do not prefer the same kind of people likechatterbox, since when we get together the meeting always wind uppandemonium. After several upsetting experiences, manyintroverted people turn into my close friends, as we are all happy with the complementation in which both of us enjoy the time of staying with each other. Therefore, it is hardly likely that one can ever have the chance to know me from my peers. He or she may end up with [非常实用的搭配] surprise for the huge difference.
✔题破题点之二找到题目中的题进行反驳
Meanwhile, even if one can happen to get the right type with me, it does not mean the full understanding can be the real case. This is because what he or she can learn is nothing but the similar personality, which compared with the total view is only on the surface. Just imaging a situation, a person is a combination of many aspects including characteristics, educational background, family conditions and so on. If all these can be obtained just from the guys, what makes different individuals? 【例子之前用说理增加论述的丰富性】Take my friend Joey as an example he is an even-temperedperson as me. However, we never come to a consensus on things we met in life. One time when we both encountered a dilemma in work, he showed very positive attitude and tried to figure out the problem in the end. I, on the contrary, was full with bad mood and hard to get motivated all the time. No one can be confident enough to say he can get to know us a lot.
