收割时芝麻粒散落的声音,倾倒时鹰嘴豆奔腾的景象,
熬制酱汁时的咕噜咕噜,汁水滴下溅起的慢画面,糖浆缓缓流下在食物表面铺漫...
这些画面和声音令人产生极大的舒适、治愈和愉悦于是,我就想
How is it possible to maintain health in an easier way today than to do so in the past with the temptation of foods that has never been so overwhelming?
Actually, people have never seemed to be able to resist the temptation of foods – fragrance, texture, taste, and nutrition. None of the pleasure is not dissuading us from “doing the right thing”.
Today, as humans have developed a variety of cuisines to deal with grass and meats to make them a treat, food has never been so tempting and irresistible that so many of us, honestly, put health aside, just surrender and feast.
What was the case in the past? I do not think that the limited range of foods or the few methods of treating the raw materials would make us so ravenous.
