Some people think that some lessons for young children (age 5-8) which include video games can serve as effective and interesting ways of learning, while others think that these lessons are quite distracting and can be seen as a waste of time. Lacking enough self-discipline, hardly can kids aged from 5 to 8 fully concentrate on the class no matter what the content is about. Through the comic characters in the games, their minds can be guided to the lessons.【对于中心论点进行一两句的解释】My brother is obsessed with the math class via the games acting by his favorite Mickey Mouse. During the games, theobscure mathematic formulas are expressed in funny voice and lively body language. His attention span can prolong to an hour, much longer than when he enrolls in class where the duration is only two minutes. 【跟上具体例子进行补充,注意例子中的对比】For their innate curiosity, which largely gives rise to the difficulty in focusing, games inserted in the class are better alternative. Also, the animated version facilitates children’s learning. Instead, games may beconducive in that those elusive key points can be simplified and designed to recreational levels. There are numerous apps today devoted to combine the knowledge with entertaining games.【区别于上一段,这里的说理多一些】The Peppa Pig is a game targeted to preschoolers, in which the extended conversations in English are conveyed by the cartoon pigs step by step and in a rather slow pace. After successfully repeating the words, kid can move on to the next level with a twinkling star as rewards. Almost all the learners are motivated to proceed while those from teachers although by the same approach, fail in the end as nothing special or comprehensible is provided. To sum up, the merits from video games as mentioned can assist the lessons given by teachers and this should be recognized and realized in the future teaching process.【结尾注意不增加新的观点】
