Advice on client relations

A: Carla, I know you’re kind of new in this business and I want to give you some advice.

B: Yes, Mr. Michaels?

A: You have to listen to what the client asks for.What you have just shown me is not at all in line with the

client’s wishes.

B: I’m sorry, Mr. Michaels. Could you tell me where the problems are exactly? Maybe I misunderstood the

client’s intentions.
