What kinds of emails do you receive about your work or studies?
I will receive an email about the timetable for my classes every week from the office. The specific time and classrooms need to be told before I take the classes through emails as it’s a formal method that the information will be recorded permanently.
Do you prefer to email, phone or text your friends?
I prefer to text my friends since I don’t need their replies immediately and texting would not bother others at all. Sending emails requires long waiting time and it’s impolite to call someone at night. Therefore, sending message is much easier.
Do you reply to emails and messages as soon as you receive them?
I would reply to emails as soon as I receive them. Especially when someone writes to me to appreciate me or compliment me about my responsible work.
Are you happy to receive emails that are advertising things?
Actually I don’t care about it. It’s quite easy to clear up the Inbox, by selecting the advertising mails and sending them to the junk mail box. Just ignore them.
