“姐拿的不是麦克风，是摇晃的红酒杯啊！” 那么在5-8月的这个夏天，当考官们很可能灵魂发问Describe an unusual meal you had 的时候，你准备讲什么呢？和女朋友吃的烛光晚餐？和朋友们吃的毕业大餐？还是在海底捞观看拉面艺术的生日晚餐？ 怎么样才可以抓住考官的心，让他迷醉地给你一个你想要的分数？我们来讲一讲奇特的品酒餐！ 红酒给我留下了深刻的印象，因为在澳洲，你可以买到在liquor store（酒类专卖店）里售价十几刀红酒，你也可以在Estate（酒庄）里品尝到上千刀的红酒。 “不过中国学生在这里被店员问的最多的就是：你成年了么？” 话说回来。大家一定记得红酒得说red wine。因为一般来说，wine指代了所有的由葡萄酿造的果酒。 本期“试试这样说”就拿澳洲代表酒庄的Penfolds Magill Estate开刀，来说说这个品酒餐！ 1、先说一下我们去了哪里！ Actually, the most unusual meal was the diner i had in the Penfolds Magill Estate. I have to say, Shiraz is the most fruity and flowery wine i have ever tasted. 我们完完全全喜欢这顿饭，吃完晚餐后，我们带了一瓶西拉子（Shiraz）2013回家。我不得不说，西拉子是我品尝过的最有花果香风味的葡萄酒了。 在这里老师给大家一个小tip： 在过去，葡萄酒主要是以有医疗作用的fortified wine（加强型葡萄酒）出现，因而Penfolds的创始人其实是一位医生。而现在，大部分的红酒被视为一种table wine（餐酒），在餐桌上十分常见。因而，如果有人和你说自己是wine connoisseur（红酒品鉴师），大部分情况下你就可以： “你当姐不懂么？” 因为： Actually, if you use the ‘wine connoisseur’, it is sort of a snobby.
