这个话题是一个旧题回库。回答的内容尽量避免千篇一律，可以千变万化。
先确定主题，可以把题目中给的house和apartment更具体化，比如a terraced house, a villa, a cottage, a
cabin, a castle等。
确定主题之后，选好主体之后，建议四个提示问题完整的先看一遍，整理出大致的框架再问答问题。理框架是我自己在回答part2话题之前最喜欢做的事情。因为可以让我脑子里对后面的回答思路非常清晰，而不是针对四个小问题做出很生硬的回答。
比如在这个话题里面，我的建议是先说where, 再说what it is like. 同时最后一个小问题how you feel about this house/ apartment不是我要回答的重点。
因为对于一个将要居住还没入住的房子，不太可能有很具体的感受。所以，我的回答重点会放在在 what it is like 和 why you would like to live there. 注意并不是每个话题的最后一个小问题是拓展的重点。
Where的拓展很多同学想到的最实际的是in the downtown near the commercial complex
之类的，但其实可以更多元化一些。
之前很多学生的回答比较独特，比如near the sea, on the top of mountain, 甚至有学生要住在a house under
the waterfall…
What it is like 这个描述可以分类讨论。比如房子本身的构造，外部环境和内部环境。本身构造可以从color, materials,
height等来描述。外部环境可以有a big garden 或者a small yard. Garden和yard 里面还有various kinds of
plants or adorable animals or livestock等。
内部环境可以从room types, decoration style or furniture, electronic
equipment来做具体拓展。几乎每个点都可以再深入展开。但是考试时间关系，一般建议一两个角度具体描述，其他点可以粗略带过。
最后要提到一个注意点是，why you would like to live there这个问题。这个题目我不会刻意拿来具体阐述，因为基本上原因在描述房子是怎么样的时候，考官已经能够理解我为什么想住这里。
所以除非有不同角度的拓展，不然简单回答就可以，比如 you know, the above I mentioned can definitely
explain why I want to live there.

Well, the ideal home I’d like to live in the future is a villa in the
suburb as I’m longing tolive away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Also,
you know, a villa in the downtown would cost a huge amount of money and it’s so
hard to afford. I suppose I would live there with my parents or maybe alone.
Well, I haven’t thought about it quite carefully. (Where it would be)
And then, with regard to what the villa is like, um… I imagine it has 3
floors with exquisite decoration, to be more specific, I prefer Mediterranean

Apart from that, I hope there would be a very spacious living room on the

oven, especially dishwasher. Without dishwasher, I can’t imagine how I could
clean up the messy kitchen after party. By the way, other electric equipment

Well, anything else, oh, I hope there would also be a large swimming pool
in front of my house. I’ m a huge fan of swimming but most swimming pools in
